The Custom Copper TD400 is more than just a chimney cap—it’s a bold architectural statement crafted to draw the eye and crown the home with enduring character. Its elevated roofline, clean vertical panels, and tapered design create a silhouette that is both strong and elegant. Built entirely from hand-fabricated copper, the TD400 develops a beautiful natural patina over time, shifting from its warm, burnished tone to a soft brown or green finish that feels rooted and historic.
This model is especially well-suited for luxury homes, estate properties, and architectural builds where curb appeal matters just as much as performance. Whether installed atop a stone chimney or rising above brickwork, the TD400 becomes a signature design element with lasting material integrity.
While its aesthetic is commanding, the Custom Copper TD400 is built for rugged performance. The sloped, ventilated roof effectively sheds rain and snow while providing coverage against downdrafts and water intrusion. Mesh paneling around the sides allows smoke and exhaust to escape freely while acting as a barrier to animals, debris, and sparks—ensuring the chimney functions cleanly and safely in all seasons.
In demanding climates like the Midwest or Northeast, this model delivers critical protection for the chimney flue and crown. Copper’s natural resistance to corrosion and its expansion-friendly properties make it ideal for enduring freeze-thaw cycles and temperature fluctuations without warping, rusting, or breaking down over time.
Every TD400 is made to order—sized precisely to fit your chimney system and styled to match your home’s architectural vocabulary. Available in raw copper, pre-patinated finishes, or even sealed variations depending on aesthetic preference, the TD400 can be customized to complement your home’s exterior palette and surrounding materials. Whether you're building a new luxury residence or upgrading the exterior of a historic estate, the TD400’s proportion and craftsmanship offer unmatched refinement.
Its steep, structured shape balances especially well with pitched roofs, stone facades, or expansive eaves. When viewed from the ground, it brings rhythm and intention to the roofline—completing the vertical ascent of the home with a feature that’s as protective as it is unforgettable. For homeowners who believe that every design choice should reflect quality and permanence, the Custom Copper TD400 delivers both in one powerful package.
