Customer Service Representatives (CSR – In-House)
In-house customer service representatives serve as the first point of contact, managing incoming calls, scheduling jobs, and supporting daily operations. This position requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to guide customers through services, timelines, and next steps without handling technical or on-site work.
Experience in service-based industries is preferred, especially with scheduling or dispatch coordination. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus to better assist a diverse range of customers. The role offers part-time and full-time options, along with paid vacation and optional insurance based on eligibility.
